CERTIFICATE OF LIFE MAINTENANCE REQUEST
To obtain a Certificate of Life Maintenance, please follow the instructions below:
1. Submit a signed and typewritten letter addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Congo to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland This letter should include:
2. Provide a photocopy of your Congolese passport or Congolese national ID.
3. Attach a document that confirms your former employment in the Republic of Congo.
The fee for a Certificate of life maintenance is £40.00 Additionally, include a prepaid trackable special delivery envelope to facilitate the return of your Certificate of life maintenance.
